Everything is walkable but there are plenty of buggy’s to drive you around when in a rush. Lots of fantastic restaurants and bars. All staff are kind, friendly and helpful. "Our family selected Burj Al Arab for our 2025 annual vacation after hearing many exceptional compliments about its luxury and service. The experience fully confirmed its reputation. From our arrival, the hospitality was outstanding. Our suite was available three hours early so we could prepare for our desert tour. The two-bedroom suite is beautifully designed, spacious, with refined Arabic style and ideal privacy for a family stay. We had one concern at check-in: part of the exterior view was blocked by white poles. After messaging the E-butler, Brandon from the front office took exceptional initiative to locate an alternative suite and personally escorted us to view it. He arranged butlers to support the move. This was a generous effort beyond expectation, and much appreciated. We also asked about a two-hour late checkout due to a midnight flight. Understanding it might not be feasible, we were very grateful that the hotel approved it, making our final day relaxed and enjoyable. The E-butler service is efficient and responsive, and the in-person butlers are professional, kind, and pleasant to interact with. Special thanks to Marmar, Edwin, Marvin, and Aldrin. On our last evening, returning to find a lovely cake, roses, bears, and fine bath salts was a delightful surprise for the whole family. A thoughtful gesture. Overall, our stay has been wonderful, and the hotel team played a key role in making our family vacation memorable. Thank you. We look forward to returning."

"The hotel is connected to the Mall opposite the Emirates, which is an excellent and very convenient location both in terms of transportation and the opportunity to spend time in this mall, which even has a snow skiing resort. The hotel staff is kind, the breakfast is good, there is an outdoor pool, and the rooms are clean and pleasant. I highly recommend the hotel."
