Surrounded by an enclosed garden of 3000m², it has no vis-à-vis. The ancestral building dating from 1840 is of pure Corsican tradition

Logement idéalement situé pour visiter les alentours d’Ajaccio. Les plages sont magnifiques et surtout très proches . La ville de Porticcio est proche et beaucoup d’activités sont proposées au départ du petit port devant l’office de tourisme , cela évite d’aller jusqu’à Ajaccio.Le propriétaire est très sympathique et arrangeant.N’hésitez pas à le contacter !

Magnifique vue

Notre séjour commence par l’Accueil chaleureux de Philippe. La maison est très fonctionnelle, une grande terrasse avec la vue magnifique ,montage et mer. Chaque chambre est climatisée. L’emplacement est très bien , 5 minutes en voiture de la plage , 10 minutes du centre commercial.

Magnifique vue sur le golf d'Ajaccio

Très bon accueil. Maison agréable et fonctionnelle, dans un quartier calme, idéalement située pour visiter le sud Corse. Très belles plages à proximité, la plus proche est à 3 mns en voiture.

Perfect house, great location, nice view

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche, das Haus war sehr schön , alles war ausreichend vor Ort. Der Vermieter war bei der Übergabe dabei, obwohl wir einen Tag später ankamen ,als geplant. Die Aussicht und die Terasse waren ein Traum.

Grande maison calme et vue magnifique

Très agréable maison sans vis à vis avec une superbe vue depuis la grande terrasse. Beaucoup d'espace pour chacun. Bien placée pour les très belles plages à proximité et les visites. Un grand merci à Philippe pour sa gentillesse et ses attentions.

Très belles vacances

Nous venons de passer 2 super semaines dans cette jolie maison sur les hauteurs. Nous avons adoré la vue. La location est conforme à l annonce et l hôte est très disponible et arrangeant. Voiture nécessaire pour aller à la plage. Nous avons préfér la plage d argent à 10 min en voiture mais toujours facile de se garer.

Séjour inoubliable en Corse

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable en Corse à Coti Chiavari. La maison offrait une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer et les montagnes, et était située dans un lieu calme et frais, avec une brise agréable. Elle était fonctionnelle, joliment décorée et dotée d'un joli jardin. L'emplacement était idéal pour visiter le sud de la Corse, et la maison était bien équipée, notamment pour les familles avec enfants en bas âge. Seul bémol : il faut faire attention aux moustiques. En résumé, nous recommandons vivement cette location pour des vacances en famille.

SUPERBE SÉJOUR AVEC VUE IMPRENABLE !!!!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison de charme avec une vue imprenable sur la baie d’Ajaccio !! Nous avons apprécié le magnifique coucher de soleil de la terrasse. Maison bien équipée (machine à laver, boules de pétanque, barbecue Weber…) Merci à son hôte pour sa bienveillance.

Super séjour

Nous avons loué la maison 2 semaines au mois d'août pour 2 familles avec 4 enfants. Elle est très confortable, et dispose d'un grand jardin clos idéal pour les enfants. Les chambres sont climatisées et la vue sur la plage de Portiglio et la mer depuis la terrasse est absolument magnifique. Il n'y a aucun vis-à-vis et n'avons jamais été dérangé par les voisins (qui ne sont d'ailleurs pas à proximité immédiate). La plage et son club de voile est toute proche. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et arrangeant.

Excellent sejour

Avons séjourné 5 jours dans cette location. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le confort du logement, la vue mer exceptionnelle, le calme (même si la maison se trouve à proximité d'une route). Le propriétaire est très sympathique. Nous envisageons d'y retourner.

Endroit enchanteur et reposant

Nous avons passé 15 jours de rêve dans cette jolie maison. Idéalement située, sans vis à vis, à 3 minutes en voiture de la jolie plage de Portigliolo, que demander de plus ! Nos enfants se sont régalés à jouer dans le terrain, nous avons pu profiter de la plage quasiment tous les jours, sans problème de circulation ou de parking, c'était vraiment très agréable. Et je terminerai par le point fort de cette maison : une superbe vue mer, depuis plusieurs endroits, ce qui nous a permis de profiter de magnifiques couchers de soleil, différents chaque soir ! En résumé des vacances de rêve, dans un magnifique endroit !
