The house has 3 bedrooms, each with private bathroom, wi-fi, fully equipped kitchen and private parking. The idyllic 2000-square-meter garden includes oaks, beech trees, maritime pines and a beautiful private gray stone swimming pool. Surrounded by sunflower fields, vineyards and woods of oak and chestnut trees, it guarantees absolute relaxation and privacy. Ideal for 6 people.
In a panoramic position, overlooking Lake Trasimeno and the surrounding area, in a few minutes allows you to reach many towns with all services. In fact, the farmhouse is located in a strategic position, 5 minutes from the highway Siena - Perugia. In 15 minutes you can reach Cortona, Montepulciano or Lake Trasimeno, in 30 the 'airport of Perugia or the city of Arezzo, in 45 minutes Siena, in an hour Florence. Pienza is 30 km, Bagni a Vignoni 40 km , Rapolano teme 35 km, Assisi 70 km.
