Villa Marconi is an independent stone farmhouse located at the foot of the ancient Etruscan city of Cortona, just 5km away. The property is set within a large fully fenced garden where we find various relaxation and entertainment spaces. Ideal place for families, it has a large field (used to play football) and a fenced pool area with entrance gate. The swimming pool (10x5 meters, min 1,230 to 1,80 meters) is complete with deckchairs and well exposed to the sun during the day and enjoys a beautiful view of Cortona. In front of the kitchen there is a pergola where you can find a large table to eat outside. On the property you will also have space to park your cars.

===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
Villa Marconi can accommodate up to 8 people (3 bedrooms + a sofa bed). It develops on two levels connected both internally with a spiral staircase and also by an external stone staircase.
On the ground floor we find the living area consisting of a large living room where you will have a large dining table, sofa (convertible into a double sofa bed if requested), TV and fireplace. Adjacent to the living room we find the fully equipped kitchen and a second dining table as well as a convenient exit to the outdoor pergola.
Completing the ground floor is a spacious bedroom with double bed, sofa and armchair, wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with bathtub.
On the first floor we find a second living room with sofa, fireplace and kitchenette and then continue to the sleeping area where we find a first bedroom consisting of a double bed (in the room there is also a single bed on request) and a second bedroom also with double bed and wardrobe and characterized by the exit to a beautiful and large panoramic terrace. Completing the second floor is a nice bathroom with shower.
Villa Marconi is the ideal place for guests looking for privacy and relaxation but at the same time its location makes it close to all the amenities of the town of Cortona (supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, shops only a few minutes drive away) thus becoming the ideal starting point for day trips to discover the most beautiful historical and artistic cities of Tuscany and Umbria.
