Villa Elda

Villa Elda is an absolutely delightful 6-bedroom, 7-bathroom property, built using the traditional stone typical of this area of Tuscany. Recently renovated, the villa combines charming traditional features with all the comforts of modern living. Its location in the mountains above Cortona offers breathtaking views of the valley.<br>The property consists of two separate buildings: the main house and a nearby annex. The main house has two floors; on the ground floor, there is a spacious living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and an additional sitting room with access to the garden and the outdoor pool. Upstairs, there are four double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms; one of these bedrooms opens onto an outdoor terrace. The annex, just a short walk away, is also two stories. The ground floor features a living room, a bedroom, and a bathroom, while the upper floor has another bedroom and a bathroom with a jacuzzi. All bedrooms have double beds.
