Very nice house

We had a very pleasant time at Lucija's house. The house is very clean and nicely decorated, and has enough space for six people, and everything necessary for a stay. All recommendations from me.

What a nice welcome from Lucia and her lovely family. The beds were super comfy and the house very cool. The property is situated on the family farm. You definitely need a car here but you are only less than an hour away from Arezzo, Assisi, Siena and of course Cortona which is only about 4km away. There is a supermarket in Camucia which is only a 10minute drive and is where they have a very good market on a Thursday. We would definitely stay again.

Pleasant rural holiday home

A country style house on a quiet farmstead with 2 other holiday homes, rural setting but a close drive to local amenities. Shady parking & shared pool area with sun loungers. Comfy beds though all decor is traditional & a little old fashioned. Fairly well stocked kitchen though there were no useful household items (soap, washing up liquid etc) & on arrival we found ants established in the kitchen. Also worth noting that EU plugs did not work so you need to buy Italian specific plugs

Traditional rustic house in semi-rural location but very close to nearby amenities (supermarket, pizzeria etc) by car. Nice pool with sun loungers, surrounded by the owners fields of tomatoes and olive trees, the house had a nice shaded outdoor seating area and shaded parking. You need a car to stay here but the local area is gorgeous, Cortona, Siena & Montepulciano all worth a visit! House is fairly well equipped, but could do with some extra kitchen utensils eg cheese grater, & the lack of essentials such as washing-up liquid, soap & cleaning products was disappointing.

Toscana bella

La casa è come si vede in foto molto bella curata e molto pulita , la zona è tranquillissima e la padrona di casa molto gentile. Patio bellissimo con uno splendido barbecue. L’unico inconveniente è la mancanza assoluta di un set pulizia per la casa , in dotazione solo una scopa e una paletta, necessario comprare tutto per pulire per terra o per pulire la cucina o un bagno. Un minimo per la pulizia e’ assolutamente necessario

Wunderschöne Wohnung, toller Pool.

Wir waren im August 2024 mit 3 Kindern (8 / 5 und 3) im Ferienhaus Lucia. Es war einfach Klasse. Ausreichend Platz im Haus und vor dem Haus. Den Pool hatten wir meist für uns, da parallel Familien mit eher älteren Kindern da waren. Die Umgebung ist Traumhaft. Eis und Pizza in sehr schönen Altstätten genossen werden. Vermieter sind sehr nett und zurückhaltend.

Haus voller Feldwanzen

Nach Besichtigung des Hauses sind wir sofort weitergefahren und haben eine neue Unterkunft gesucht 1..DieBilder im Intrernet sind geschönt 2Zimmer sehr klein und dunkel 3. Feldwanzen auf dem Fensterbrett und Bett und uns auf den Kopf gefallen 4..Vermieter versprach die Räume auszusprühen. 5.Das Haus ist extrem schlecht zu finden 6Schwimmbad neu aber nur Wiese drumherum,kein Baum oder schatten und eiskaltes Wasser 7 Vom Besuch kann nur abgeraten werden--odeer man ist Kleintier Liebhaber!!

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Nettes Haus mit sehr guter Raumaufteilung, auch für große Familien, oder zwei Kleinfamilien geeignet. Sehr schöner Pool mit Liegewiese. Zentrale Lage für Besuche in bekannte, typisch toskanische/umbrische Städte, wie z.B. Assisi, Perugia, Arezzo, Siena, etc. bzw. zum Trasimenischen See. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und wären, wenn wir Zeit gehabt hätten gerne länger geblieben. Kann mir vorstellen bald wieder zu kommen.

Schönes Objekt mit kleinen Mängeln

Das Objekt ist ansich hochwertige mit schönem kleinen Poolbereich für mehrere Mietparteieb. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und unkompliziert Leider leidet die Erfahrung etwas unter der Lage nahe Bahnstrecke und Schnellstraße. Auch das Interior ist recht abgewöhnt und nicht immer funktionstüchtig. Insgesamt ist der Ort ideal für Ausflüge in die Toskana und nach Umbrien. Wir hatten leider nur Pech, dass der Lago Trasimeno so wenig Wasser hatte, dass Baden nicht mehr empfehlenswert war.

Heerlijk vakantiehuis

Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad. Twee badkamers is ideaal. Goede bedden! Horren voor alle ramen, heel goed geregeld. Het zwembad, dat je deelt met nog een vakantiehuis, is mooi en heel schoon met lekkere stoelen. Deze misten we wel een beetje op het terras maar dat is dan ook het enige minpunt wat we kunnen bedenken. Je kunt vanaf het terras wel het terras van het andere vakantie huis zien en de mensen horen maar dat is natuurlijk heel persoonlijk of je dat erg vindt. Prima huis!

Waar voor je geld

Alles bij huis was volgens beschrijving alleen de aanvliegroute niet!! Het huis ligt niet in het ‘gehucht’ Camucia, maar in het er tegenaan gelegen gehucht Fossa del Lupo. Camucia is overigens beslist geen gehucht, maar middelgrote stad! Zeer verwarrende routebeschrijving dus. Het terrein van huis wordt niet meer met groot hek afgesloten, staat dag en nacht open. Misten gemakkelijke stoelen op terras en bestek mag van betere kwaliteit zijn. Aan lepels sneed je je mond.Eigenaren super aardig!!

très bon séjour

Maison conforme au descriptif. Bien équipée et spacieuse pour 4 adultes et 2 ados. La terrasse couverte est très agréable. Permet de prendre tous les repas dehors à l'abri du soleil, même quand il fait chaud. Bien qu'il fasse très chaud quand nous y étions, nous n'avons pas eu besoin de mettre la climatisation. Très bon emplacement pour visiter la toscane. La présence du train et d'une route de contournement à proximité pourra gêner certaines personnes. Grande piscine.

Sehr schönes Uralubszuhause

Das alte Bauernhaus ist liebevoll renoviert und die Gastgeberin hat sich rührend um uns gekümmert. (Italienisch oder Englisch, kein Deutsch). Das Haus liegt vor Cortona (super). Leider ist eine Schnellstrasse in der Nähe, aber das hat ja auch den Vorteil, dass man mit dem Auto schnell zum Tagesziel fahren kann... Das Einzige, was wir nicht so gut fanden,war das durchgesessene Sofa und Stühlen, sowie total zerkratzen Pfannen. Das war schade. Sonst alles sehr nett und wir würden sogar wieder hin.

Huis goed, eigenaresse zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, locatie niet ideaal

Ontvangst was goed. Eigenaren waren zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Eigenaresse zelf spreekt geen Engels, haar dochters wel. Huisje op zich is ook prima, maar de locatie is niet ideaal. Er is een autoweg en spoorlijn heel dichtbij. 's nachts moeten de ramen daarom echt wel dicht en dan heb je airco nodig, die dan tegen betaling beschikbaar is.

Maison agréable ,acceuil chaleureux

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cette maison agréable a vivre, de bon gout avec un équipement moderne. Un peu de bruit ferroviaire la nuit, fenêtres ouvertes, et un manque de prise de courant dans la cuisine sont les points faibles. Belle piscine et hotes charmants .
