Beautiful countryside property made of two indipendent houses, with panoramic views over Cortona. Rustic, comfortable working farm, built in 2006, surrounded by fields. 3 apartments in the property. In the hamlet Camucia 5 km from the centre of Cortona, in a sunny position, 20 km from the lake. For shared use: garden, swimming pool fenced (5 x 12 m, depth 120 - 220 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Shower/WC in the pool area, barbecue. Private: patio (15 m2), terrace. Traditional rustic house in semi-rural location but very close to nearby amenities (supermarket, pizzeria etc) by car. Nice pool with sun loungers, surrounded by the owners fields of tomatoes and olive trees, the house had a nice shaded outdoor seating area and shaded parking. You need a car to stay here but the local area is gorgeous, Cortona, Siena & Montepulciano all worth a visit! House is fairly well equipped, but could do with some extra kitchen utensils eg cheese grater, & the lack of essentials such as washing-up liquid, soap & cleaning products was disappointing.

Waar voor je geld

Alles bij huis was volgens beschrijving alleen de aanvliegroute niet!! Het huis ligt niet in het ‘gehucht’ Camucia, maar in het er tegenaan gelegen gehucht Fossa del Lupo. Camucia is overigens beslist geen gehucht, maar middelgrote stad! Zeer verwarrende routebeschrijving dus. Het terrein van huis wordt niet meer met groot hek afgesloten, staat dag en nacht open. Misten gemakkelijke stoelen op terras en bestek mag van betere kwaliteit zijn. Aan lepels sneed je je mond.Eigenaren super aardig!!

très bon séjour

Maison conforme au descriptif. Bien équipée et spacieuse pour 4 adultes et 2 ados. La terrasse couverte est très agréable. Permet de prendre tous les repas dehors à l'abri du soleil, même quand il fait chaud. Bien qu'il fasse très chaud quand nous y étions, nous n'avons pas eu besoin de mettre la climatisation. Très bon emplacement pour visiter la toscane. La présence du train et d'une route de contournement à proximité pourra gêner certaines personnes. Grande piscine.

Sehr schönes Uralubszuhause

Das alte Bauernhaus ist liebevoll renoviert und die Gastgeberin hat sich rührend um uns gekümmert. (Italienisch oder Englisch, kein Deutsch). Das Haus liegt vor Cortona (super). Leider ist eine Schnellstrasse in der Nähe, aber das hat ja auch den Vorteil, dass man mit dem Auto schnell zum Tagesziel fahren kann... Das Einzige, was wir nicht so gut fanden,war das durchgesessene Sofa und Stühlen, sowie total zerkratzen Pfannen. Das war schade. Sonst alles sehr nett und wir würden sogar wieder hin.

Huis goed, eigenaresse zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, locatie niet ideaal

Ontvangst was goed. Eigenaren waren zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Eigenaresse zelf spreekt geen Engels, haar dochters wel. Huisje op zich is ook prima, maar de locatie is niet ideaal. Er is een autoweg en spoorlijn heel dichtbij. 's nachts moeten de ramen daarom echt wel dicht en dan heb je airco nodig, die dan tegen betaling beschikbaar is.

Maison agréable ,acceuil chaleureux

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cette maison agréable a vivre, de bon gout avec un équipement moderne. Un peu de bruit ferroviaire la nuit, fenêtres ouvertes, et un manque de prise de courant dans la cuisine sont les points faibles. Belle piscine et hotes charmants .
