"It’s a cute small inn hotel, I wouldn’t stay in the rooms over the bar again, they were far too loud from the bar with music every night and an ac unit in the window that allowed all the street noise in. The room needs some updated blackout curtains to keep it darker at night as well. The location is great and close to downtown square."

"It would have been nice to have a fire in the fireplace, but that was only allowed through February. The stay was lovely though and we really enjoyed the hot tub! Comfy beds and convenient location was nice too. Thanks for having us!"

"This is a very quiet and relaxing property. The rooms have all the small touches that make it a very comfortable stay. The hot breakfast is very good and nice to enjoy on the patio."

"This place is very nice! Private gate and driveway. Rancher with back patio area under oak trees. We sat in heated Cowboy pool after hitting Mt. Baldy and Jacobs Well. Inside is clean and up-to-date Hill County style. Rooms very comfortable and accommodating. High speed internet definitely a plus. There is a game room with PacMan arcade, Fooseball table and finally a couple of tuned guitars we enjoyed. We didn't bring our dogs on this trip but, the perimeter is fenced and and large dog pen is next to the patio. This property is about a half mile away. "

"The balcony view was amazing!! The room was clean, we had enough amenities to be comfortable for the few days we were there. Would have preferred some privacy screens while we were in the hot tub but not a deal breaker. We enjoyed our stay very much! Will definitely return! "
