"Coming from the USA, we had never seen a kangaroo outside of a zoo. This place was AMAZING!! It surpassed every expectation we had, the bed was comfortable, everyone was very nice, and watching the kangaroos in the evening and mornings is something we will never forget!!"

"Gympie has always been Bogan City and it was interesting that after 20 years since my last stay, nothing has changed except for the creation of another bogan generation. Gympie is over represented in utes and pickups. The bigger the pickup, clearly in my mind is the diminished size of that persons manhood. The utes and pickups are belching, noisy, are constantly laying down rubber and it appears they must display multiple aerial's and beer decals along the sides. It also appears nobody walks...

"My husband stayed at the sky cabin for 3 days over the Christmas break. We loved our stay!!. Nonie and John were very helpful, responsive and approachable. They are wonderful hosts!. . I would have to say in all of our travels this is by far one of the nicest places we have stayed. Wonderful Relaxing holiday which really gave us a chance to unwind and reconnect as a Family. "From the letting process and arriving at the front door of the property, our experience was excellent. The letting photos do not do it justice. The home is superb and lends itself to a great weekend of entertainment for family and/or friends. We cannot recommend this property highly enough. "Gympie has always been Bogan City and it was interesting that after 20 years since my last stay, nothing has changed except for the creation of another bogan generation. Gympie is over represented in utes and pickups. The bigger the pickup, clearly in my mind is the diminished size of that persons manhood. The utes and pickups are belching, noisy, are constantly laying down rubber and it appears they must display multiple aerial's and beer decals along the sides. It also appears nobody walks anywhere in Gympie as I was the only person who walked the 45 minutes return walk to the local Aldi without encountering anyone else. The motel room is quirky, there’s a lift to take you to the first floor and the twist? One of the drivers of the before-mentioned utes with multiple aerials, multiple headlights and beer decals unexpectedly gave way to me waiting at an intersection and courteously waved me on…"
