"Unfortunately, I didn’t have a good experience. I couldn’t sleep at night because there were animals running in the ceiling, which was quite disturbing. The stairs to the bedroom felt unsafe, as there’s no handrail. The place has potential, but it really needs maintenance and better safety conditions."

"La habitación estaba en buenas condiciones. Sin embargo, hay algunas cosas que sugeriría revisar ya que la grifería está suelta y las partes metálicas se desprenden... Asímismo se observa el deterioro y falta de mantenimiento en diferentes partes del baño e inclusive el inodoro deja pasar agua todo el tiempo... para poder dormir es necesario cerrar la puerta pues hace ruido constante. Resalto como factor positivo la calidad humana del personal en el front desk. Siempre de buen ánimo y con interés de apoyar a los pasajeros en todo lo que se necesite."
