"The staff at Grouse Mountain was extremely helpful during our stay. We arrived believing we had all the items we needed for our dogs. But we forgot food bowls. We forgot water bowls. We forgot scissors to open the food for the dogs. Not only is there no additional charge for pets, but the front desk staff obtained take-away containers to use for food dishes, a glass bowl to use for water, and scissors to open the food containers. The bathroom sink drain leaked when we arrived; it was fixed within 30 minutes. Thank you, Grouse Mountain staff! You made our stay much better than it otherwise would have been."
