Perfect weekend away
Our families had a great 2 nights away. The views were fantastic and we enjoyed spending time on the deck amongst the trees. The kids enjoyed the hammock and the sounds of the kookaburras in the evening. Everything you could possibly need was provided and it was sad to leave at the end of our stay. Thanks Michael for being such a great host

Really beautiful place to spend quality time with family and friends, our host was very amazing too.
Was a first time getaway experience that I would come back to. A beautiful way to spend quality time with close friends or family with amazing views. I’m grateful that I did enjoy every moment. The vibes for my birthday by the beachside was splendid despite abit of rainfall . A big Thank you to Micheal for being a very helpful and welcoming host on our stay.

Good experience
The place is very clean. The rooms are colourful and vivid. Our kids love those toys that have occupied most of their times at house. We are very happy with our stay there. Besides when we found that we left a cushion in the room, Michael brought it back to Sydney for us to collect it conveniently. Such a nice experience.

Beautiful!
We had an amazing 2 nights away here at this fab & funky property. Kids had a fantastic time and kept saying this is like a big tree house! Lots of space upstairs and downstairs. Balcony gets the sun in the evening time where you can watch the sun set whilst laying in the hammock. House was super clean and beds super comfortable. Couldn't fault it. Thank you to Michael who was also a super host! Look forward to returning in the future!

We really enjoyed our winter stay at Fab and funky and wished we could have stayed longer. Very comfortable and welcoming with beautiful views on both levels . Having the fires all set up and ready to go was a lovely touch. The bespoke design touches add to the experience. Thanks Michael. 😊

A very relaxing stay
Our family of five had a relaxing stay this week. Clean and everything you might need has been thought of. The breeze was lovely, view beautiful, sound of the waves lulled us to sleep each night. Some lovely birds joined us for dinner on the deck a few evenings! We all really enjoyed the week and the hammock was very popular, thank you Michael.

Fab & Funky Weekend
Fab & Funky is just as advertised , a unique and comfortable house with a breathtaking view. Easy walk to the beach & shops. Michael was a fantastic host, very responsive & generous. A great place to escape from Sydney for the weekend.

Fabulous views and funky house!
We loved the "feel" of this house and the amazing views from all levels. Perfect for families with teens as there are separate lounges and balconies so you can come together and have your own space when necessary. The main bedroom has its own ensuite and balcony. The design was a big hit with everyone - very far from a bland, beige holiday house! Kitchen fitted and stocked with everything needed, the beds were really comfortable, all linen and towels provided - perfect for a relaxing holiday. Steep hill to walk down to the beach (and back up!) but only takes 10 minutes. Lots of other nice walks around the house. Views of sunset incredible! Michael was easy to communicate with and helped immediately when we had initial problems operating the hob. Overall a wonderful family holiday! Thanks Michael!

Sarah pleased you and your family enjoyed your stay. Thanks for being great guests. Yes a bit of a hill back from the beach to vista ave at rear (vehicle access) but our preferred walking route using oceano st an easier 10 minute walk back to fab and funky at front

We had an excellent stay at Copa. The place was just as expected as viewed from the photos. It was a fun place to stay, great view and walk to beach was no problems for adults and teenagers. Loved that so much was provided for us, linen, dishwasher powder, washing powder, shampoo, olive oil, tea, coffee, tomato sauce, vegemite, gas for bbq - all the essentials that you don’t need to bring with you - that was excellent. Thank you for a great holiday!

This is everything it says it is - the views are great and there is plenty of space and the owners are fantastic to deal with. Great weekend despite the house behind us having some sort of men's only weekend that involved a lot of beer pong and yelling it was still a great spot and we loved it.

Wonderful House and Manager!
Fab and Funky is an amazing house with beautiful views of Copacabana Beach. The house catered very well for 2 families with plenty of space for all 9 of us! It is a 10 minute stroll to Captain Cook lookout where we were fortunate to see whales, 10 minutes walk downhill to the beach...20 minutes with kids on the way home up hill. A special mention to Michael the Manager who is prompt with communication and very accommodating to a request for a late check out. Thank you!

Tamara. Delighted you enjoyed your stay and thanks for being very easy to host. Fyi, best to avoid the hill back from the beach by taking the Oceano st route, about 10 minutes from the rock pool and 15minutes from the village shops to fab and funky

Good group house
This house suited us well as a group of four adults and five teens. The upsides were a deck with distant ocean views located conveniently off the kitchen, and two living areas. The bbq performed well and kookaburras visited. The teens were able to sleep together in an extended room with five beds. The walk down to the shops And beach is enjoyable If you like a stretch and can be done in about 15 minutes. I wouldn’t recommend this house for families with small children (too many stairs and openIngs) Everything we needed and good basic pantry supplies. We enjoyed using the wood burning fireplace.

Fab and funky weekend at Copa!
Having just come back from a great weekend amongst the tree tops at Fab and Funky, I just want to turn around and go straight back! The ooh's and aah's started as soon as we opened the door and turned into squeals as the kids ran and bagsed their beds! While they were originally just relieved at the thought of wifi, the kids were barely on their phones as we spent our days exploring, walking the beach, playing cards and games, cooking and enjoying each others company around the table. The fireplace was perfect to lounge in front of with a glass of wine when it got too chilly on the fantastic deck (those views!) Michael is a fantastic host, checking in with us on arrival and has the house perfectly set up with every amenity you could think of. We cant wait to get back!

Quirky and filled with character
8 of us stayed for 1 night in this seriously fab and funky place. Michael was a great host and the check in and out process was a breeze. It was a bit tricky finding the place but that was easily forgiven. The place was clean and comfortable with great views of the surrounding. Loved that the main bedroom had an ensuite with a double headed shower - that was a nice treat. Highly recommend and I'd stay here again when I'm in the area.

Loved Fab and funky , it was exactly that , my grandsons thought it was awesome. I got too marks for a fabulous weekend. A house more suited to younger people my husband and I in our seventies. Too many stairs and not possible to walk to beach and cafes .and the driveway very steep. It needs heavier curtains or blinds as hard to sleep too much light. And much further away from the beach and cafes then appeared in the description. Great facilities, very clean .overall happy but more suited to a younger family . Thank you for letting us stay .

Really nice roomy property with fantastic views in a great location.
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is well stocked with most things you need. The only downside was that the upstairs bedrooms had no blinds or curtains so were very bright in the morning. Also some more mirrors at a good height for normal height people would be good. The views were lovely and Copacabana is a great beach, overall our stay was great.
