"Beautiful property - house is immaculate and very spacious. Kids loved fishing, kayaking, and the horses on the farm. The baseball field was the cherry on top. Owners had excellent communication and generously sent back my son's tablet he left in the bedroom without hassle. A trip we will never forget and hope to return. Will definitely be passing this recommendation to other baseball families as it is within 10 minutes to CDP. Pro tip - stay south of the fields so turning right into the park is easier than waiting for the left at the light if you were to stay north of CDP. "

"House is very cute and easy to locate. The steep stairs were fine for our group, but could be problematic for those requiring assistance. It was physically clean, however the host was using a plethora of auto air fresheners to mask residual odors which bothered those with chemical sensitivity. Kitchen was sub par as far as cooking/dining equipment, which is fine if you're eating out and don't plan to cook/reheat food. As expected with older homes, the outlet situation is limited, so charge your devices before your stay. Not sure if we'd stay here again for the price we paid (450/night after HOF Induction was over), but it served the purpose. Shout out to Dan who was there to greet us and made us feel super welcome."

"This place is amazing!!! First off the hosts were friendly, accommodating and responsive. Most communications via text were replied to within minutes. The property was perfect. We were in town for dreams park and it was just the right distance for us to get away but close enough that it wasn’t a far drive. The property was beautiful with ponds, baseball field and firepits. I suggest bringing fishing poles as the bass were biting. Inside the Cabin was clean, neat and tidy. Plenty of blankets, pillows, towels and dishes. The bbq was a plus as we like to outdoor cook. Everything worked great and having the laundry inside was the best. Overall we absolutely recommend the cozy cabin for anyone looking for something that has everything. "

"Location was incredibly convenient to Cooperstown Dream Park and Cooperstown - even from the perspective that coming in from the South made getting into CDP easier. There is ample space both inside and out for multiple families to stay. We brought some yard games/activities. "

"We had a fantastic stay! The home was cozy and perfect for our trip to Cooperstown for my son's baseball tournament at Dreams Park, right up the road. It’s baseball-themed, which my kids absolutely loved, such a fun touch! While the house is on the smaller side, it had everything we needed and was a great home base for our time at the ballpark. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend for small families visiting for tournaments or just looking for a charming, baseball-inspired place to stay!"
