It’s a completely remodeled house with top end appliances, spacious kitchen and living room and beautifully renovated bedrooms and baths.We really appreciated the way the hosts supplied so many of the little things you often must run out to buy on these types of trips. I highly recommend this rental."

"Cute little house! They definitely made the most out of their space to accommodate. Paper goods tea coffee linen was included. They had a cute basket with some snacks in there for the kids so they were excited. Excellent location especially if your kid is playing in Cooperstown! Pool is a community pool but my other children had a blast when we had time to use it. TVs in all rooms with Roku! Internet service is provided. I would highly recommend"

"This was an excellent choice for our week at Dreams Park. The location simply could not have been more convenient, making the daily trips back and forth quick and easy. The home was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of room for our group. The living room and dining room were both generously sized and worked well for spending time together after long days at the park. Bedrooms were clean, comfortable, and had ample space. One unexpected bonus was the garage, which we used as additional gathering space and really appreciated. Although the home shows its age in some areas, it was clean, functional, and exactly what we needed. We had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend it to other Dreams Park families."

"We enjoyed our stay at Federal House. It is very conveniently located near Dreams Park and with ample parking which allowed us to quickly go back and forth between games. Was also close to quick eats, groceries, and has a laundry room. The large, in-ground pool and spacious green spaces were great for having fun as a family, BBQs, and playing basketball or whiffle ball with teammates. The downstairs sleeping was a little tight--the sofa was a futon, only good for one person. We only needed that on the nights our son wasn't staying at the bunks, but may be hard for an adult to sleep there all week. It is a little run down on the inside, but it fit our needs and that of a 12 year old boy who just loves to play with his friends! I would definitely recommend it, and would stay here again if we were to return to Cooperstown."

"We had a great time at Casa Vista.It's fairly rustic. Low water pressure. Didn't love the beds.That said, the privacy and views from the deck make it a great spot and worth recommending."
