The room itself was in need of repair (holes in walls patched with tissue paper and the like) and deep clean. The single beds are about to fall apart. The carpets were stained and worn almost threadbare.
The owners of the unit should be ashamed of the state of it. I cleaned what I could so that we could feel comfortable there. I would have asked to move but felt sorry for the managers and whoever might get the room next.
The reception/managers were awesome however and the facilities outside of the room were excellent, the pools were beautifully clean and functional.
Parking was secure.
It's a great location with beach access immediately across the road.

We loved the property but the hot tub beside the pool was being worked on so there was some noise during the day.

The unit needed to be cleaned a lot better (the floors are still dirty and dusty in some areas). The beds need under-blankets, as both beds had stains, and a quilt cover, not just the quilt, should be used. The hallway must have some air freshener, as it constantly smells. Overall, the property and location are perfect. It's just this unit.
