This four-bedroom home - three bedrooms in the main home plus the recently added sleepout with its own bathroom facilities, is a real holiday charmer. The home allows for extended family and friends to come together and enjoy time at the beach.

Inside the home there are 2-bedrooms with King beds, and the 3rd has 2 single beds, with a spare mattress should you need it. The sleepout has bunks, a double down and single up. This property has a limit of 8 adults.
The home has an open plan kitchen/dining/living area, which opens onto a deck where you find an outdoor table and chairs under a shade sail, and a BBQ.
The property is fully fenced with plenty of grassed area for children to play or ride their bikes. This is a great area to a base yourself while exploring the beaches around the local area, or maybe take a trip on the passenger ferry across to Whitianga to enjoy the shops, restock up on groceries and essentials.
Whatever you want to do, Charming on Charles is a lovely comfortable family home to do it from.
