Spicers Potts Point is a lovely boutique hotel. It is elegant and comfortable, the rooms are spacious and well-appointed, and the breakfasts are very good. The staff are excellent with a special mention to Lana whose warm and friendly personality was a particular delight.

Mrs Banks is perfect accommodation for us when visiting our son and family who live nearby. We are return guests and hotel’s all round high standards and staff friendliness will mean we will be back to stay again when in Paddington.
The only negative for out of town guests is that finding parking nearby can be difficult as there is no onsite parking at the hotel.

We were very happy with the accommodation. It was in an excellent location less than 5 min walk to Bondi Beach and shops. It was older style flat but very clean and tidy with nice modern furniture. WiFi was excellent and communication with host was easy, friendly and fast response. Highly recommend, we were very happy with our stay thank you.

The hotel is ideally located in the busy heart of Oxford St with good access to public transport and and easy walk to parks, shops and cafes.

This place felt like home to me, they have lovely modern bedrooms with the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in that wasn’t mine! Their bathroom is very modern just like any new modern home.

The pillows were too big for my liking, I like a thinner pillow (no major though). There were a few stains on the duvet and it just had a sheet overtop.
