"Loved the property and the staff. Everyone was friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast that is served is amazing. The only issue I had was the water. Even though it is RO water I still ended up catching a stomach bug from the water. I would definitely recommend this hotel💕."

"This was my fourth stay at the Courtleigh Hotel, but without doubt my most enjoyable, relaxing, and memorable visit since I last stayed here several years ago. The hotel has benefited from an impressive makeover, creating a fresh, modern, and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you enter the reception area. The check-in process was smooth and professional, and I would like to particularly commend the gentleman on duty during the early morning of 14 July for his warm welcome, attentiveness, and excellent customer service. The food and beverage offering has improved significantly. Breakfast now provides a wider variety of choices, and most of the restaurant staff were generally friendly, attentive, and eager to assist, helping to create a pleasant dining experience throughout my stay. My room (805) was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well equipped. Having televisions in both the lounge and bedroom was a nice touch, and I especially appreciated the kitchenette, which made it easy to prepare light meals and added an extra level of comfort and convenience. The housekeeping and porter teams deserve special recognition. They were consistently friendly, respectful, and helpful, and are a real credit to the hotel's management and staff culture. One of the hotel's greatest advantages remains its location. Emancipation Park is just a five-minute walk away and provides an excellent setting for leisure, cultural and relaxation. 🇯🇲😃✔️"

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was spotless and ready upon check-in at 3pm. The Palate restaurant served up lovely traditional Jamaican breakfast items and American breakfast staples in a buffet style or à la carte format. Everything tasted fresh and the blue mountain coffee was the star of the show. The neighborhood has a lot of cool things close by within walking distance like a KFC and the Craft Market. I’d come back again. It was a peaceful retreat in the city. I felt safe and well taken care of there. They also have a third party car service you can book for a fee to get around town or further distances."
