Staff was helpful, room a and place was clean. Location was convenient for restaurants and things to do. I didn't like that I had to ask staff to reheat food as there was no microwave, but they didn't complain or look put out when asked. I also didn't like that some of the plants in the lobby had mealy bugs. Overall, great experience, beautiful and clean hotel.

My first time back after migrating 20yrs ago. Immaculate staff, Immaculate property, Immaculate room. Continental breakfast was really good and a big shout out to our Driver Dr. Watson, Stetson and Bar Attendant Patrick, they made the experience warm and family like always ready to assist in any way they can. The hotel was neat clean and inviting. The reception area had a pleasant fruity aroma and was nicely decorated. The room was clean and pleasant. This property is excellent. The staff very attentive, friendly and helpful. My friend was very excited about the place. The check in clerk was not the most friendly and was more rigid than was necessary? But the other staff and their friendly attitude made up for and feelings I had about the start of the encounter. Again, this place will be one of my go to when I am in Kingston
