"The worst place have ever eaten as a coeliac. Daughter was given ‘penne’ as a gluten free meal. It wasn’t a gluten free version. Some staff were doing their best to help and clearly hasn’t been given any training on allergies. One member of staff (and the allergen menu) said chips were gf, the next member of staff said they were not. Do not eat here if you have allergies. The staff were lovely and just doing their best."

When I brought the issue up to staff their response was that they "thought they took care of the problem this morning" and that they would simply vacuum up the bugs instead of properly cleaning the room or offering me a new one. The issue was not resolved and I told them I could not stay at this hotel if they could not find me a clean room. They refused to refund me the value of my stay because it was too late for them to rent out the bug infested room to...
