Hotel Review – Hôtel Première Classe Le Mans Ouest Université This hotel was chosen mainly because of the cheap price for a quick overnight stop during our road trip. The room and facilities were very basic, and the overall comfort was below our expectations. It might work if you just need a very cheap place to sleep for one night, but it wasn’t a place we would return to. ⭐ Rating: 💰 Price: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ (very cheap) 🧼 Cleanliness: ⭐⭐ 📍 Location: ⭐⭐⭐ 🛏️ Comfort: ⭐⭐ ⭐ Overall: 2/5

Chambre au RDC dépourvue de rideaux et donnant sur le parking et ses éclairages blanchâtres. SDB minuscule dont on ne peut pas sortir dévêtu à cause de la fenêtre sans rideaux sauf si on accepte d'évoluer dans la pénombre. Long moment de solitude dans cet endroit qui m'a fait méditer sur la nécessité de m'y prendre plus tôt lorsque je réserve un hôtel afin d'avoir le choix pour ne pas finir dans un trou pareil.

Les chambres ne ferment pas le service verrouillage electronique en panne, donc chambres accessibles par tous les voyageurs, pas rideau de douche donc espace salle de bain trempé, lampes HS ... Le personnel est froid sauf le gars du matin qui lui etait agréable, par contre la chambre était propre et confortable.

Pas de serviettes dans la chambre, lavabo bouché, seuil de salle de bain décollé et coupant, n avons pas pu ouvrir la fenetre, araignees et toiles suspendues a l extérieur, porte de chambre ferme mal, hotel tres bruyant a l'intérieur, petit déjeuner : stock mal géré, personnel incompétent. Ne mérite pas ce tarif (doublé par rapport a un événement)

Le 14 août

Mauvaise expérience pour une première, bon on a pas eu une chambre communicante comme demandé car elle n’était pas faite. Ensuite l’une des chambre qu’on nous a attribué la porte était bloquée, puis qu’une serviette de toilette pour 3. Arrivées au petit déjeuner, plus de tasse disponible et de verre. Je ne demande pas le confort +++ pour une première classe mais le minimum quoi.

Décevant

Retour de vacances, deuxième passage dans l'hôtel. La première fois frigo ne fonctionnait pas mais l'accueil a bien voulu nous garder nos sandwichs au frais, pas de serviettes et rouleau papier toilette presque fini. L'accueil nous a donné les serviettes. Deuxième passage, le frigo fonctionne mais tjs pas de serviettes alors qu'en arrivant on nous dit que la chambre n'est pas prête. Idem pour le papier toilette, pas de savon dans la recharge savon de SDB, la propreté laisse à vraiment à désirer même les plateaux du petit déjeuner sont sales! la douche est cassé...
