"Staff don’t answer phones. Arrived at airport, but no shuttle bus to take us to the hotel. Rang 5 times but no staff answered. Had to find own way. Not happy. 😞"

"Overall the rooms are bit outdated, well maintained and clean, however lack of charging points or power points on both sides of the bed is not up to today’s standard. I’ve asked for late checkout at check in and been told there is no option. After few attempts I’ve been allowed to stay 30mins longer and received call at exact time to leave the room."
