Rooms were very nice, I could tell they were recently remodeled, however, the rest of the hotel was under heavy construction and it was very difficult to get in and out, as they kept redirecting guests through different entrances. Since it is adjacent to a Casino, at night it doesn't feel safe as "service girls" gather outside looking for clients. If you have small children, I wouldn't stay there.

Property has been under construction for months but its listing has not updated to reflect any of these. Elevators will be out of service for some time. The advertised breakfast is just a cold brown bag. There is construction debris everywhere inside and out. Dust in the hallways. And if you're there during the day, you'll hear the construction.

the room was clean, the room had every amenity you could need, it had space, honestly the only thing missing was a washer dryer and one could live there. lol. The breakfast was not a favorite, but they never really are in hotels. The location felt safe, and away from the main street with available places to eat and shop walking distance. Would stay again. Front staff was also nice.

Way too much noise. I would have chosen a more comfortable place for the price. I would rate this hotel differently if it wasn’t going through a major construction project. And the walls were then so upstairs was noisy.

The heater did not work the phone did not work and the door jammed when going into and leaving the room. I recorded a video of it. Also I had to use my cell phone to call the front desk to ask for assistance with the problems tgey assured me someone would come help but no one ever came. Lastly we were on the second floor where they were renovating rooms so all morning We heard loud banging which was very uncomfortable. The new layout and amenities were all very nice I am hopeful they fix the problems before they book another patron. The staff were nice but not helpful when needed heat we froze all night. 😔

First of all, the first day we walk in, we. A smell smoke in our room and hallway. The second night we smell weed on the hall way. It seems like coming from one of the room. The smell went into our room through bottom of door. We had to block it with towels. The hotel is under construction. The room we are in looks nice and new. It was nice until last night. When one of us was ready to take shower, he turned on faucet in the shower tub. It comes out some kind of dirt and oil stains or greasy stuffs. I don't know how their pipes works. Not sure it was coming from construction. Thank goodness it was fine when we turned on the faucet second time. Otherwise, we didn't think they can do anything at night. The hotel worker probably needs to call out someone to find out. The next day, we complaint to the hotel worker. She said sorry and will tell the manager. but she didn't ask us to submit the picture to anywhere. She also said since we booked the hotel through 3rd party. They can't give us discount. I am hoping hotel.com can investigate and give us discount. Regarding the breakfast, just like other reviews said. It was very good.

Hotel is under construction but it wasn’t loud and didn’t disturb us. Looking at some of the areas, it makes sense that they are remodeling. I’m hoping they are planning on updating the entrance to have a covered area or curb appeal. We had a remodeled room and it was clean and comfy. It had a stove top and fridge. We didn’t use it but that’s nice to have if staying longer than a night. This hotel is right off the freeway but we didn’t hear the traffic. The only concern, when arriving, was the homeless camp that was next to the hotel but we didn’t have any issues. This seems normal though in the bigger cities. Check in and out was smooth and the front desk call was friendly.

THE ONLY THING WE DID NOT LIKE WAS THAT WE ARRIVED VERY TIRED OF TRAVELING A WHOLE NIGHT DRIVING 12 HOURS, AND WE WANTED TO REST AT REDER FROM 3:00; AND OUR ROOM WAS EXACTLY DOWN DELCUARTO THAT WERE REMODELING ON THE SECOND FLOOR, BUT THE NOISE OF THE MACHINERY AND THE MATERIAL DISCOURAGED US OUR REST
