"Staff was friendly, hotel was very clean, close to lots of shopping and restaurants, and the beds were comfy. The area felt safe and was close to everything we were doing in the Charlotte area. The only critique would be on the breakfast options and the lack of access to coffee/tea or water for filling water bottles after breakfast hours."

"This was our 2nd time staying at this location. First time was 3 years ago. Since then, the property has had some improvements, but needs more updates. The property has over 25 cameras on site, so security is extreme (this is not a bad thing). Many parts of the hotel are closed off and cannot be accessed, though no postings of construction; they are just closed areas. The room was clean 8/10. Staff get a 7/10 due to language barriers. Breakfast 5/10 due to powdered eggs and limited items, Parking 6/10 due to the very high speed bumps and most guests all staying on one side of the property. (again this is due to half of the property being closed off). Guests are grouped into one area, while the rest of the property is vacant. The cost of the stay is on the low end, and it should be. Overall 6.5/10"
