Charming House just Steps from the Best Swimming Hole on the Frio

River Terrace House boasts a sunroom with picture windows looking out to the best swimming hole on the Frio River. The house is nestled under towering pecan trees. Walk right out of the back patio to find the crystal clear water of the Frio River. This is one of the best stretches of Frio River for tubing, kayaking and swimming. This is also at the end of the float trip so no driving after floating! Located one mile from Garner State Park. Large fully furnished kitchen and great outdoor patio spaces.

The house sleeps a maximum of 10 guests.
The nightly rate is based on 6 people, each additional person is $15 per night
2 Full Bathrooms (one with a tub)
Bedroom 1 - 1 King
Bedroom 2 - 2 Queens
Bedroom 3 - 6 twin beds (3 sets of bunks)

Relax in the shady areas to barbecue, enjoy a campfire, pitch horseshoes, or watch the kids snorkel and fish. Take a stroll along the river and watch the fireflies come out in the evenings or star gaze from your patio!

WHAT TO BRING:

PETS: There is a pet charge of $20 per pet, per night. Maximum of two pets. Damage deposit may be required depending on breed. Exceptions can be made at my discretion. Please contact me for more info.

PLEASE NOTE: When booking for Spring Break, Peak Season (Memorial Day till mid August) and Holidays;
Please do not leave a one night opening between your reservation and the reservation before or after you. If you leave a one-night opening, we will call you after your reservation processes through the system, to adjust your reservation dates.
