- This villa is very comfortable and family oriented. It is very close to the sea. You can walk to the shore along a private trail. There is a spa and a secure heated pool with roller shutter. The large terrace offers a pool house and it is well equipped. There is well-maintained garden with scrubland. The property is Ideal for a family or a group of friends. The rate is based on the number of guests and bedrooms available off-season. Please, ask for a quote specifying the number of guests per weekly from April to October 4. You will find 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, and a separate toilet. There is also a well-equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, and oven).
