"Very friendly, very helpful. When our driver couldn't make it to the Casa to take us to Santa Marta airport for our flight to Bogota, Marisela took us both in our car and drove the hour and 15 minutes to drop us off at the airport. Even though we don't speak much Spanish at all, her entire staff took the effort to communicate with us in English throughout our stay. "This is truly an absolutely unique and unreal place to stay. Our only regret was not staying longer. The pods are stunning and very comfortable with all little detail very well thought of. "My spouse and I visited this hotel for 6 days, and we must say that the staff are extremely wonderful! We felt at home from the moment we arrived until we left. The cleaning staff are amazing, and the girls from the market are lovely. I wish I would’ve gotten their names (especially the skinny girl with braces and the girl who showed us how to say BUJUJOS ) . Those girls made our mornings, Santorini is on the beach and the view beautiful, their Sky Bar had us feeling very nice. And if you like to do outside excursions this resort is close to most if not all . 10/10 "
