Excellent stay, clean and basic room for an incredible price. View out of the window was stunning. Perfect for a quick night, no frills. Very friendly staff and good coffee in the morning.

Great Hostel

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable. Lots of activities and helpful front desk staff. We had a private and would definitely suggest paying the extra for superior room because they are in their own little hallway area and much quieter then rest of the hotel/hostel

Best hostel experience ever. The community, the vibe, the staff, experiences really just all of it. From the front desk, maids, hostess and bartenders everyone was awesome! Tatiana gira above and beyond for the experiences and is awesome to hang out with. Then Sharon at the bar up top is the best bartender you can get. Try this place out and you’ll only want Viajeros!

I booked a private room and was told I was.being upgraded to a superior room but the tv and the ac remote didnt work they screwed.me. I was also harrassed and searched.by.local police. I came.down.one night at 3.am and the.police who harrased.me were sleeping on the.sofas inside the.hostel. It was a nightmare and I.will.never return

Mon séjour était tout simplement parfait. La chambre propre et habitation confortable. Sanitaire et salle de bain bien entretenu. La climatisation quand il le fallait. Piscine, bar activités au top. Rien à redire, le personnel vraiment parfait. Ma meilleur expérience d’auberge.

Agréable d'avoir une piscine sur le toit, c'est une belle piscine, mais la toile est abîmée. Pas d'eau chaude dans la douche. Les lits dans les dortoirs sont corrects. Le déjeuner n'était pas bon (au goût) alors je n'ai plus déjeuner là par la suite. Le climatiseur ne fonctionnait pas dans la nuit et Adrien est venu l'arranger (MERCI!) Adrien et Carolina, à la réception, sont vraiment gentils et aidants !

El hotel tiene un ambiente excelente y el personal de recepción es genial!!! La terraza es muy recomendable: música por la noche, buen ambiente y perfecta para relajarse. Muy recomendado si buscas algo con onda en Getsemaní.

El lugar no esta mal, por ser un cuarto compartido pues no esta tan limpio. En la cocina compartida se comieron algo mio. No importa al final. Cuando llegue al lugar no fue tan grato la interaccion con el resepcionista. El chico me pidio mis documentos y le di mi pasaporte, me paso un papel para que firmara acerca de los datos personales. Le dije que no lo firmaria y el me respondió de una forma agresiva " Pues si no quieres firmar, no te puedes quedar aqui. Cancela tu reservacion en la plataforma de Expedia" le comente que eso debe ser opcional no como el dise, y el de mala gana respondio y yo viajando desde lejos y para ese recibimiento pues no es justo. Al final no firme y tampoco cancele. Para ser recepcionista ese chico tiene muy mala actitud y no tiene nada de carisma. En fin, no creo que sea necesario firmar algo que no quiero. Para mi en su respuesta fue como decir que no nesecitan a un tipo de cliente que no hace lo que el quiere. Creó que se le olvida que por los clientes tenemos trabajo y por ellos vestimos y comemos. Tambien trabajo con clientes todo el tiempo y por eso valoro el trabajo de todos pero ese niño se le olvida el motivo para quien el trabaja. Los clientes en un hospedaje lo son todo.

Todo bien pero NO deberian permitir mas de 2 personas que se conocen previamente en la misma habitación. Yo estuve en una de 6 y 4 de ellos se conocian y creian dueños de la habitación haciendo bulla y portandose muy mal.

Viajero Santa Marta es un lugar que lo disfrutas desde que estás entrando, un ambiente que te hace sentir desde el primer momento que estás de vacaciones, te invita a relajarte y disfrutar todo. Ver un atardecer desde el roof es de verdad genial. Las habitaciones son lo suficientemente amplias y con lo necesario. La calle para ingresar y los alrededores no son para nada bonitos, se siente un poco inseguro.
