"The condo was great. Everything you need to stay and enjoy the beautiful ocean views. It’s great to be on the ground floor and still being able to see and hear the ocean. The Esmeralda property is one of the best kept we’ve stayed in. They clean the pool and surrounding areas everyday. It’s spotless! We will be returning customers for sure!"

"The condo was wonderful - clean and comfortable, stocked with everything we needed. The view and beach access was amazing! My point of contact was easy to work with and very friendly! I would highly recommend staying here or any of the owners properties. If there was one issue, I would point out that the resort itself - not the condo - is still under construction, so that can come into play intermittently. "

"Welcoming to pets, yes. Place was dirty when we arrived, contacted owner and they made arrangements the next day to have it cleaned, towels replaced, and clean linens. Parking was safe. Surrounding area was very safe."

"Condition of house was okay, no instruction manuals for anything ( hot tub, ac/ heat, tv’s etc), minor maintenance issues ( bathroom towel rack came off when you went to use the towel, door handle came off when you went to open the bathroom door)."
