Great relaxing stay in Rocky Point

Great view of the sea and pool area. The sound of the waves, so nice. Maybe upgrade the shower/bath tub, to a walkin Shower. Overall We would stay in 512 again !! Juan

Excellent Stay!!

We went as a family, husband/wife and two kids under two and had an absolute blast. The condo was gorgeous and the views from the balcony were spectacular. The condo had everything needed as we made breakfast most days and everything so well kept up! It was nice having a washer/dryer in the condo as we were able to do a load of laundry. 10/10 would recommend !

Nice property

Overall pleased with the stay. The furniture is outdated and worn looking. The bed wasn’t great but we were fine. I’m glad I took my own pillow. View was perfect. Nice a/c. Shower water pressure was medium. I prefer lots of pressure. Most everything we needed in the kitchen was there.

Perfect Size and Getaway for 4

We liked this property overall and the unit itself. I had stayed many times in Rocky Point but never in this particular area. The swim up bar, pool and beach was amazing. The unit itself was comfortable, the couches were comfy, and the outdoor chaise lounges were great on the patio, the bed was comfy although the pillows could be replaced or upgraded. Could have used a few more things in the kitchen, like dish towels, an actual drying rack, and extra plates. The bathroom and shower was fine and seemed to have been updated. Overall we were pleased with the space for what we paid.

Very clean room and the host was quick with replying and answering all concerning questions. Loved that there was everything we needed in the kitchen. Full of any utensils and appliances we could use. Amazing view of the ocean! The only complaint I would have is that there are some things that needed some updating like the balcony curtains and the toilet. Both function well but definitely could use new ones.

The condo was very dirty; the blankets and sheets had strange odors. The kitchen and bathroom were very dirty; cleanliness needs significant improvement. The common areas were excellent and clean. The staff was very friendly. I wouldn't stay in this specific condo again, though I would stay at Sonoran Sun.

It was clean. Water heater worked. WiFi was great. TVs were awesome. Patio is amazing. Ac works great. Plenty of kitchen stuff. Awesome location. 1 min from room to beach or pool. Can walk to Diego’s for food if you want something else. Nice beach area with chairs and shade if you want it. Staff was great. You can’t find a cheaper but amazing place in penasco. Thank you for letting us stay in your place. Will visit again.
