Breakfast - inadequate toaster service, and disappointed that there were barely any fresh fruits except pineapples and frozen mangoes on repeat for 3 days: Laundry - only 3 machines available,"

"Excellent location, right in the heart of Old Town. The room and bathroom were both a great size, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I also loved the complimentary sake tasting offered from 5:00 p.m. The city was a wonderful surprise, and I would definitely come back. And when I do, I would happily stay at this hotel again!"
