"For us it was a good central location for day trips in Hauts-de-France. Lots of parking and shopping across the street. Rooms look over or open to a garden. Weirdly situated in an industrial area. Onsite restaurant is excellent. While somewhat dated, the rooms are very clean and well maintained. Staff speaks some Engish and are very hospitable."

"We wanted to find a new stopover hotel for Eurotunnel. It was a little bit far but otherwise we had a very nice stay. The hotel was very quiet. The decor is very traditional (flowery wallpaper matching flowery counterpane) so you need to like that, there is no modern crossover although the bathroom was excellent - great shower! Nice freebie touches too and a fully stocked mini-bar (rare these days). The antiques and paintings are beautiful and the restaurant (La Distillerie) was buzzy and had...
