"The house is great and as pictured. One of the Queen rooms is downstairs, only has a tub and can get warm at night as it does not have its own a/c. That was the only drawback. The property is great. We had a fire every night and enjoyed our breakfasts on the porch looking at the lake. Less than 10 min drive to a small market and convenient store. 30 min to New Braunfels & Gruene. We had a great stay."

"Well equipped and well furnished, lots of labeling which was very helpful with light switches and kitchen stock. Interior of the rental very clean and put together. 4 stars for the outside needing a good power washing, we had an issue with bees in the waterfall on the pool and while there was access to the lake. It was challenging to Get to in flip flops for any kind of water play. Would stay again regardless"

"The house it was very clean , good location, very enjoyable, contact the host and immediately respond me back , the AC works wonderful , kitchen is very spacious and well equipped, you don’t need to bring nothing for cook of course only the food and be ready like they aware to you, only they leave one pair of the essentials like toilet paper, trash bags , small shampoo, conditioner, soap but is plenty of towels , the mattresses needs an upgrade and the only thing we don’t enjoy it was a lot of Green aphids around porch lights in the night, I was thinking maybe is the season for that , but that is the only bad thing I can said . I recommend the property "
