Le Séchoir – Authentic House with Private Pool in Périgord Noir, Perfect for Families or Groups

Looking to recharge and escape? Come and discover Le Séchoir, a recently restored cottage that combines comfort and authenticity, nestled in the heart of the Périgord countryside. Located on a charming property that also includes another cottage, L’Étable, it offers a peaceful retreat in nature while being close to the most beautiful sites of the Périgord Noir.



Just 5 minutes from Montignac, Lascaux, the Vézère Valley, and Les Eyzies, the world capital of prehistory, and 15 minutes from Sarlat-la-Canéda and the Dordogne Valley, you can explore iconic villages such as Beynac, Castelnaud, La Roque-Gageac, and Domme.



Le Séchoir features a spacious and bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and lounge. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with an Italian-style bathroom, ideal for added convenience, along with a utility room and separate toilet. Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms with 160 cm beds, as well as a third bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a 90 cm bed. A bathroom and separate toilet complete the sleeping area. Baby equipment is available on request to make your family stay even more comfortable.



The cottage is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, fridge with freezer, filter coffee maker, and Tassimo coffee machine. Outside, you can enjoy a terrace with garden furniture, a plancha grill, and a private pool (open from 1st week of June to 1st week of October), perfect for relaxing in the open air.



All beds come with linens, and the accommodation is provided clean. It must be returned in the same condition. End-of-stay cleaning is the tenant’s responsibility, with an optional service available upon request. A security deposit will be required upon arrival.
