Delta Hotels by Marriott Bristol City Centre
10/10 Excellent
"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the environment was very clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was delicious, and they even offered a lovely welcome gift for kids upon arrival. During the hot weather, they provided a dedicated fridge with free ice cream for the little ones, which was such a thoughtful touch! Highly recommended for families."
Harbour Hotel Bristol
10/10 Excellent
"Had the most wonderful 1 night stay at the harbour Hotel celebrating an anniversary - on arrival, was informed that we had been upgraded and even received note and chocolates congratulating us, very thoughtful touch. Friendly staff. Room was very clean, huge bed and was very comfortable, aircon was also a plus in this heatwave. Would definitely return"
Brooks Guesthouse Bristol
8/10 Good
"Excellent location. About the room : it was extremely hot we couldn’t sleep. My douvet cover was stained and I think a small fridge would be useful. The night member of staff was very miserable"
Leonardo Hotel Bristol City
8/10 Good
"Perfect, comfortable stay in central Bristol. Spacious, clean rooms with huge shower and beds and well-functioning A/C (essential in a heatwave!). The hotel is a short walk from Cabot Circus, King Street etc. making it perfect for a girls night out, with discounted off road parking available too. Didn’t have food at the hotel during our stay so cannot comment on that, but we got a free glass of Prosecco each which was divine! One of the towels was quite frayed and had holes and a few more room amenities would’ve been nice but other than that, perfect and great value for money!"

Novotel Bristol Centre

"Staff were accommodating and allowed for earlier check in and late check out without charging anything extra. We stayed with the kids and so this was a really helpful gesture, thank you."
Holiday Inn Bristol City Centre by IHG
8/10 Good
"Mostly we had a good experience. The breakfast was great and the staff member at the desk when we checked in and had questions was very helpful. The one issue we had was that we were a family of four but the sleeping arrangements were set up for three (and three towels, 3 mugs, etc.) I was told that we had made a reservation for 3 and that is what Expedia had sent them. I showed the manager that on my app I had clearly booked a room for two adults and two children. He said there was nothing they could do and the room was too small to add an extra cot. I accepted this saying as long as it didn't affect the breakfast and we could get an extra towel and pillow, etc, we could make it work, BUT when I asked for some documentation so I would be able to take this up with Expedia, the manager said "oh, actually it does say 2 kids. We're sorry, it IS our mistake." Still he explained that no changes could be made now unfortunately, but he would give me a voucher for 20% off of drinks. I said we wouldn't use it because we don't drink and he said it "applies to any drinks". None of this is the biggest deal to us but I found that response to their mistake ridiculous, and worth warning others about."
