"Th hotel was very famiy oriented. The staff was friendly. We stayed because there was the National Finals for dance which was hosted at the Renaissance Hotel right next to the Grand Hyatt Hotel. We were getting shuttle service to the Renaissance Hotel so we didnt have to walk with the 100°F + heat! Now thats service! Food was great, the swiming pool was great. 11/10 stars! Definetly would come back!"

"Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The property was very clean, and the amenities were well maintained. Check-in and check-out were both quick and hassle-free, which made the experience convenient from start to finish. The only downside was the sleeping situation. Throughout the night, the rooftop A/C unit produced an extremely loud vibrating noise whenever it turned on. Unfortunately, it was disruptive enough that my partner and I lost quite a bit of sleep. Aside from that issue, we really enjoyed the cleanliness of the property and the overall experience. If the noise issue is addressed, this would be an excellent place to stay"

"Nice hotel- convenient location for a family gathering. The rooms are a nice size and I love full size bottles of shampoo and soap. The air conditioning worked great. I had a huge cockroach in the shower curtain with me for the first shower- shocker- but that was the only one I saw. They are hard to get rid of in the desert I know! The exercise room was clean and nice, but super small. The breakfast was great and the staff was friendly. I always appreciate free convenient parking as well. I would stay here again."
