Quiet, comfortable, self-contained studio in great beachside/lakeside location!

"I cannot believe the goodies Michael provided. Very kind and generous - I wasn’t even really sure if they were for guests! Have never experienced this before. A very comfortable stay with everything anyone could need. Thanks so much to Michael for his quick responses to questions and for his welcoming space."

"The Cabin was lovely and the garden space more than adequate for our dog Sophie to have fun in. Loved getting Newcastle TV so we could watch the footy and not miss out. We had a lovely time and the walk to the lake's edge was great; we met some very friendly locals who also had a few dogs that got along really well together with our's.All in all a very enjoyable experience. Allison the host was really great with communication throughout and very helpful.Cheers.Cheryl and Ron"

"The property is in a lovely position. The lake is in view from a lovely balcony to sit and gather. All bedrooms and bathrooms were modern and clean.Access to the entire house was available, however, only the upstairs was adequately heated. Unfortunately the downstairs was not heated and being winter was very cold. This is definitely a summer getaway."

"Michael was an amazing host, very informative emails and text messages. The house was immaculate and a fully prepared kitchen for any cooking you may want to do. A great size house for the five of us and a great secure garden for dogs. Great location, with the beach and a dog beach section close by."

"Upon arrival at the motel we were concerned , it is currently undergoing major reconstruction and renovation, this is not mentioned in the motels site listing on Expedia. It looks like a demolition site and we were not even sure if we had the right place. Upon finding the office a friendly enough gentleman checked us in and sort of apologised for the state of the place. Our room in the remaining block of units was clean and tidy, the only real issue being the tv not working, which turned out to be the power points on that side of the room not working, which required a long extension cord to be supplied. Overall the stay was clean and comfortable and quiet. More communication about the condition of the overall motel would be nice. I would still recommend it as a place to stay. But"
