"The staff were amazing and the rooms were great!"

"The room was very large, 2 queen beds, separate room with tv, microwave and fridge and separate bathroom. Basic breakfast which was more than adequate and coffee tea in reception area. The staff were very friendly and a free shuttle to/ from train and airport was provided on a personal basis. Even though the property was 4 km from downtown there was a huge shopping complex 5mins walk away and also a good bus service during the week, doesn’t run on weekends which was a little annoying. The bus is free if over 60 😊"

"Good morning . I will be checking out early . My husband will be bringing the key . I was extremely uncomfortable at the property due to the lack of privacy, and the hard furniture. I woke up in pain, I didn’t feel safe, and the shower didn’t work. Message I left for the staff. I checked out early and forfeited the funds spent for the days that I booked . The pictures are 12 years old. The property owners unfortunately aren’t able to keep up the property. They’re on the elderly side, and nothing has been maintained . There’s an odd smell throughout the property, the breakfast wasn’t as to be expected, and the property is very cluttery in the common areas."

"I can’t say anything bad about the property but can’t really say anything great about it either It’s a glorified motel 6 but is in a pretty spot on the river. It also seemed very expensive for the caliber of the property. That said, not much in Fairbanks AK so maybe I’m being unfair? They do have a pretty good bar next door, their staff were friendly and courteous. Their breakfast buffet is the same each day, nothing particularly special but filling. Overall I’d give it a 5 of 10"

"I was very happy with my stay at Aspen Suites. The staff was so friendly and so helpful, and Robert, the general manager, listened to every thing my friend and I had to say and was very responsive to requests. The room was clean and comfortable. The little kitchenette saw a lot of use and it is well-designed. I was up meeting family for the first time, and I do plan to stay there when I go back in the future. It was such a pleasant stay. Also it was the absolute BEST coffee I've had in a hotel."
