"The view was everything that was expected and this is what you paid for as the house was rather tired and needed attention. The curtains in the main room and the bedroom needed fixing, the lights were a mess, a power point in the bathroom was falling out, some kitchen cupboards didn’t open and close properly and the bedroom had ugly wire drawers and open hanging in the space that a wardrobe should have been to name a few. I really don’t think it was worth the money asked for."

"Location was fantastic, beautiful views. There was building going on around the back of the property which was quite noisy and the workers had their music playing very loud. Had to close the blinds as they could see directly into the property so unfortunately there was no serenity or privacy. The inside of the property needs updating, I would expect more for the price.
