Amaroo 2 is a stylishly appointed two bedroom holiday house/ duplex, set on the edge of the Coles Bay Golf Course.
This newly built property has been thoughtfully designed and furnished, with guests enjoyment and convenience in mind.
With glass sliding doors opening out onto an expansive undercover outdoor area, leading out onto beautiful lawns and gardens. It is set in a bright and sunny position, with outdoor dining options and BBQ facilities.
This is a lovely atmosphere to enjoy your visit while exploring the spectacular Freycinet Peninsular.
This self contained property is designed to ensure you have everything you need and features an open plan kitchen, dining and living area.
The main bedroom has a king bed that can be split into two single beds and has an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom also features a king bed that can be split into two single beds.
There are two bathrooms and laundry facilities in the main bathroom.

Amaroo consists of two almost identical duplex’s that are very private from each other. Ideal for larger groups wanting to book both properties.
Amaroo is only a 5 minute drive to the township of Coles Bay, gateway to the Freycinet National Park, Hazards Range and Wineglass Bay.
Also within walking distance to Sandpiper Beach, Swan River and Freycinet Golf Course and a short drive to Friendly Beaches, Freycinet Wine Region and townships Bicheno and Swansea.

Very quiet location, great outdoor area, modern styling with everything you would need for your stay. Only one small thing we would change and that is the height of the T.V. in the lounge room - needs to be moved down 15-20 cm.
this was easily the best accomodation i have ever booked. 5 stars aren’t enough. thank you for allowing me to treat my elderly nan to such a beautiful couple of nights away, we were all so happy.

Was OK but needs some TLC
Property was reasonably clean and had a good layout but there were a few things that needed fixing.
Toaster didn’t work
Blinds in front bedroom wouldn’t come down all the way….stayed 3/4 meter about the ground. Had to use pillows to stop light coming in
Cooktop looked so dirty and rusty that I didn’t want to risk turning it on
