Kevin is a wonderful host who makes a delightful breakfast. The rooms themselves are a good size however do smell a bit musty and the carpets have some stains. The bathroom facilities were good. The parking situation and the outside of the house are unkempt and look a little unsafe. The location is fantastic, literally up the road from the CBD so you can walk to local eateries for dinner.

"We were quite late arriving and even though the office was closed, the manager still came out to greet us. The room was very accessible and easy parking. It was clean, roomy and convenient, as well as good facilities. Even though we were unable to get to the restaurant, the menu looked great."
