"We loved it here, had a a good couple of nights with friends. Beautiful apartment, amazing mattresses and pillows, very quiet environment. The pool wasn’t open and some work was happening but you can tell it’s going to look amazing once they put it all together and summer prep work is expected at this time of year. Kara was fab and we met a super helpful housekeeper who is doing a degree who was a literal walking tourist information centre. Great atmosphere all round ."

"We had a very friendly welcome and after that the staff were always smiling and helpful. The room was lovely, looking out onto the courtyard, and clean. The radiator in the bathroom wasn't working (we were offered a different room but declined as we'd already unpacked) and handrails in the bath would have been helpful but we managed. They are clearly gearing up for Christmas and the tree in reception was beautifully decorated. The hotel itself is 14th-century, quirky and full of character and history, just as we like it, so we had a very happy stay and plan to return one day."
"Everyone very helpful and friendly.
The room was clean and comfortable.
The breakfast was generous and I especially liked the tasty omelette and coffee."

"Bad smell in the buildingShower floodedBed was uncomfortable and mattress ended up on the floor at one end. Awful night's sleep with sirens outside the windows all night as it wasn't sound proofedTV didn't work and host didn't respond to help usWe moved out after the first nightWaste of moneyShame on you advertising it as desirable"
"Nice tidy and clean room that looked like it had been recently fitted out.
Decent sized Kitchen at each end of the corridor i didn't use them but they looked fully kitted out and new.
The hotel is on a quiet residential street but took me 5mins to walk into the town centre which has loads of bars, shops and restaurants.
Worth calling ahead of arrival and they'll reserve you a parking spot (There aren't many spots)
Nice bloke on reception showed us our rooms and kindly found me a fan.
