"The Service was implacable and the lady at the reception suggested me a great restaurant for dinner. Very nice hotel and even the indoor swimming pool was really nice during the heatwave to relax and cool down"

"Absolutely fantastic stay from start to finish! Communication was excellent, and when we got stuck in traffic and didn’t arrive until after midnight, the staff were incredibly kind and waited for us. We were given such a warm and friendly welcome. The room was spotless, spacious and very comfortable, with stunning views that made the stay even more special. Parking was easy and convenient too. "

"We had a lovely stay in this charming hotel. Rooms were clean and decent in size. The spa is spectacular not huge but everything is available except for 80 •C saunas. Staff were helpful and the hotel is well maintained"

"Fab place. Very cosy and personal. Great proprietor - very service minded. "

"Excellent, very accommodating and helpful staff"

"Great and friendly staff. Beautiful 2 bed 2 bath attic apartment. Very clean and comfortable "

"Amazing view and good layout. Good storage. "

"I have traveled to the Les Arcs area many times, but I have never had such a terrible experience. The hotel room was absolutely terrible: dirty, moldy, and not at all suitable for families. The guest bathroom and bedroom probably haven't been cleaned in decades. The furniture appears to be original, and the bedding is stinky. Additionally, I paid extra for the sheet set, only to find it stained, as if it had never been washed. Communication with the owner was also terrible. Please, DO NOT TAKE...
