"My stay here was a bit of a mixed bag. The front desk clerk was so friendly. I checked in late and everything was closed in town, he was kind enough to offer to share his dinner with me. The rooms were really clean, the housekeeping staff are doing a great job. The problem here was the hotel itself, it's really in bad state of disrepair. Simple things like a fresh coat of paint in the elevator would have made a huge difference. The furniture in the rooms is oddly mismatched. The TV in my room was on a really low coffee table making it difficult to see when in the bed. The bathroom was very dated, with the exception of the flooring which looks like it was recently replaced. The bed was ok and I slept well, so between that and the great staff, it turned what could have been a disaster into an ok stay."

"We were in the newly renovated room facing the lake. It was awesome! I quickly regretted booking for just 1 night. It has a $150 deposit and $15 parking fee per night."

"The point of this place is obviously the hot spring pools, which are wonderful. And the staff is great. The resort itself is run-down from heavy use and needs a good cleaning and a major refresh. It's a historic building, yes, but it does need to be kept up. For the price I paid, I'd like a mattress that isn't hard and old."

"We were able to check into the room early so that was nice. The view was nice. There was no remote for the AC unit (suite 2) the fireplace would fall right out. The smoke detector went off in our room, I think because another suite set their smoke detector off. I messaged the staff via Expedia app and also texted the resort directly when I required assistance. No response at all so that was very disappointing. Thus resort had no front office, no lobby or restaurant so next time we will stay right in town to be close to amenities, restaurants etc."

"This was a very interesting experience for my wife and I. We arrived late, 6:30 pm after staff had left for the day, but had been provided codes to access the property. We found ourselves alone in the building and tried a couple of rooms before finding ours, as we were not given a room number. The room was spacious, bright and clean. We enjoyed the lounging couch for two and the bed was very comfortable. As this was a B&B designated accommodation, we expected someone in the morning for breakfast preparation. We availed ourselves with a pod coffee and a tea while we waited for staff. We waited until 9:30 am at which point we messaged the property stating that we were leaving. I received a response 12 hours later!! We found breakfast at a nearby restaurant, but what happened to the second ‘B’ in the B&B we stayed at? The lack of breakfast was disappointing and added an extra expense for something we had paid for. Nevertheless, the missed breakfast at Sasquatch Crossing Eco Lodge is not a deal breaker for us. We would stay here again. The one star rating for staff was because we did not meet a staff member. So, in no way could we rate someone we never met!"

"I really would not stay anywhere else when I visit Harrison again. Actually, I would even recommend this location if you are visiting Agassiz or Sasquatch National Park. The Lily Pad was a perfect size for two people. It is fully stocked kitchen-wise. My son loved the view of the creek with ducks and geese and the awesome tree swing. We saw nearby guests enjoying the hot tub (we did not have time but we saw there were robes and beach towels provided). The grounds are such that you have privacy even if you are sitting on your porch. We will be back for sure. "
