"The hotel had outstanding amenities. We really enjoyed the pool, as well as the included access to the neighboring hotel’s pool, hot tub, and bar. The staff was very helpful, and at check-in they made sure to provide an option for Hilton Gold member benefits, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, we didn’t realize until shower time and getting ready for bed that the shampoo dispenser in our room was empty. More importantly, one of the beds had a damaged box spring that sounded like cracking wood and squeaking springs anytime someone moved, which was definitely not conducive to a good night’s sleep. I reported the bed issue to the front desk and hope they replace the damaged box spring in room 810. Overall, the amenities and helpful staff were excellent, but better attention to room maintenance and restocking would have made for a much better stay."
