"Not that much. We are vegetarian. The Hash brown, not that cook well also we asked to make a omelette with onion but the chef doesn't know to prepare that and gave the half boil egg. Kids couldn't eat them. THE COFFEE Machine always in repair. Room clean is okay, it could have more clean, also there is no lift for other floors. We need to carry our luggages all the way to the stairs. Swimming pool is good but the steam bath room always not in good condition. Not steam enough. Toilets can clean more."

"Room seemed liked it was recently refurbished, so was in good condition, comfortable bed, lovely bathroom. Not all areas of the hotel were in such a good condition. Our dinner in the Bar and Grill was not a good experience, with no vegan options, poor quality food, mistakes with our order, and such a long wait for our food that we were offered a free round of drinks from the bar, I wouldn't eat there again if I lived locally! There wasn't enough floor staff on duty for a very busy Saturday evening. The breakfast was fine though. Overall an ok stay, but Village Hotels would not be on my list of hotels to visit again"

"We absolutely loved our weekend stay. Lovely accommodation, wonderful waking up to people rowing on the medway and the wildlife. "

"The apartment was quite small, but adequate. However, when the weathwr turns hot, the apartment gets very warm, even with the skylight open. Everything else was fine."

"We were down for the weekend for our son to visit some friends. It met our needs but the property could definitely do with some TLC.We had crumbs still left on the worktop in the kitchen, could shut the curtains fully in one of the bedrooms. The biggest pain which I understand isn’t the owners fault is the person living below. We got the impression it was an elderly man and it didn’t matter what time of day it was we had to keep walking gently when walking around the flat as he constantly use to bang the roof with some kind of stick moaning about the us walking around. It got to the point where you dent walk around past 9pm. Like I said I understand it’s not the hosts fault but it didn’t make our stay very enjoyable. "
