"Peaceful “neighborhood” The place was comfortable and had all the things you could even imagine you may want. Nice kitchen space. Open and inviting. The backyard was open and the deck was amazing. Great dock for the kids to fish, swim and hang out on. We toured the area and had fun with some day trips to Shipshewana and Lake Michigan- but we really didn’t need to, this cottage had everything we needed for a vacation getaway and Dwayne was an amazing host! "We stayed here for my daughter’s college swim meet. When we arrived there were several stink bugs and lady bugs dead all over the house. There was also very little toilet paper. Half a roll and 10th of a roll to last us 4 days. The locking mechanism on the door did not work properly and we were locked out in the cold for 45 minutes unable to get a hold of anyone to help. Even with use of the cleaner’s key, we could barely get in. If you are looking for a well stocked kitchen, this is not the place. If you forgot anything, you’re gonna have to run to the store. Also you may die pulling out onto the highway because you have to do it blind due to a fence and trees blocking your view of the road. "
