Excellent value. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. The only downside was the breakfast area in that seating is cramped and it is difficult to access the food if others are seated at the table.

Good quality for the price. Everybody was incredibly friendly. There was just always an odd smell throughout the hotel. Seemed like cigarette smoke. I highly recommend using a different product to clean the floors. The first day we were there the floors were very dirty. We laid a towel down because we could feel the dirtiness and the towel was brown when we picked it up. We asked the next day they used a spray bottle and a cloth mop. She worked really hard to try to get it clean, but the floors were still very dirty. I think it’s just a product review that needs to be done. Everybody was more than nice.

We were in town for Notre Dame Football. Perfect spot to stay. Very friendly staff and close to restaurants, shopping for tailgating and the toll highway to South Bend. Very highly recommend.
