"This was a lovely hotel on the edge of the old walled city and located on a street of good pavement restaurants. We liked the under ground parking and the very helpful reception staff who helped us to deal with a family emergency at home during our stay. The associated restaurant served a great breakfast and the staff there were very helpful and built rapport over our two days. Everything we wanted to see was in walking distance so we didn't need to use our car. Room was very comfortable and spacious for the three of us with two king sized beds and a good sized full bathroom. Would definitely recommend to others."

"It was very disappointing to check into my room only to find one of the beds was still slept in! When I called the front desk, I was told I was lucky that there was another room left with two double beds. We got to the second room. The beds were clean, but the toilet did not flush properly again disappointing but I could not be bothered to call back to the front desk since I already knew I was lucky to get the last double room. The front desk staff was very pleasant and very helpful so in the end, our stay was great, but the rooms were a disappointment"

"Stayed here for a few days with our 5 year old son and we truly enjoyed this experience! The room we stayed in was spacious and comfy. Coffee selection was great and the lounge at the top floor had an even better selection of coffees and snacks for breakfast such as fruit bars, yogurt and fruit. There was also an outdoor patio that felt very private to enjoy your morning coffee. The staff are all very friendly and every interaction felt like returning home to family at the end of each day. Our son enjoyed learning and practicing his French with the front desk staff, who are so patient to answer his questions and teach him new words. To quote our son, we are definitely coming back again and staying at the same hotel in the same room!"
