"Staff was very helpful. They greeted us warmly and switched to the English language easily for us that didn’t speak French. The hotel is in a great location for getting around. Parking is either at a public garage a block away or valet. There was a lot of outside construction making maneuvering the streets in front of hotel a little difficult."

"Great location, cool room. If you’re OK to walk 30-60 minutes, you don’t need to drive anywhere and can see everything! Parking isn’t super convenient: it’s 2 blocks away but you can pay through the host (just give your licence plate!). The bed was not comfortable and there was no laundry detergent. But other than that (and the sketchy elevator), it was nice!"

"If you want to be in Old Quebec City, this was very nice! A short walk from the Fairmont Le Château Frontenac and the boardwalk and on the way to the Plains of Abraham. Convenient valet parking, nice accommodations."

"Cute boutique hotel, but if you are not on the first floor be prepared to walk up steps. We were on the third floor not convenient if you have large bags and carry ons and no elevator! Bathroom was VERY small, you had to come out to main room to dry off from shower- ha ha! The view was wonderful, the location was perfect and we felt very safe. We didn’t have a car but parking on the street looks to be difficult as it is in the old area of town."
