"Simply the most fantastic chalet in the perfect spot. We spent a week early January in this beautiful place and loved every moment. The chalet is just as described, the rooms are all a good size and the bathrooms are modern and seem very new. The kitchen appliances all work perfectly and everything is supplied that you need to cook good meals. There are two different coffee machines, a filter and a Senseo, lots of pots and pans, knives etc. The ski locker is perfectly placed and the layout of the chalet couldnt be better with three bedrooms on the top floor, the living accommodation in the middle and then three more bedrooms on the bottom floor. This is truly a ski-in, ski-out chalet for all levels, you can literally ski down from the top of Alpe d'Huez, right to the front door, absolutely amazing. In short myself and my family all loved it here and will be back in the future I hope."

"The apartment was not as the pictures described it on the website, very misleading. Kids bedroom with no windows and had black mold on the ceiling There was also no window in the bathroom and extractor fan did not work, so also had black mold Toilet sink had come away from wall, the shelf was propped up with bits of paper The kitchen had kick boards missing, the fridge didn’t work properly and was generally old and tired looking The second night (Sunday) there was a big party in the room next to reception and outside it in the parking area, screaming shouting and drinking outside our window until about 2 am when the ambulance arrived "
