"Not the owner fault but the neighbors were slobs. Leave garbage in the hallway, and spilling stuff in the elevator and not cleaning up after themselves. Also the building stunk like pot.The apartment was very nice, but kitchen sink had a smell from not being used enough. Could use kitchen towels and wash clothes. Also could use a bigger fry pan for bacon etc. Overall nice place."
